My Story
To Daniel Canter, President and Chief Creative Officer of dcanter creative, the thrill of partnering with a new client and the rush of developing top-notch creative never gets tired. Daniel has worked with brilliant talent and remarkable clients for nearly two decades.

Ever since he could hold a crayon, Daniel has followed the winding and usually distracted path towards creativity. After graduating from Buffalo State College in 1992 with a degree in graphic design, he spent a year in NYC as a junior designer. Then he packed up the old No. 2 and spent the next decade honing his craft in Dallas. While nurturing his creative side, he discovered a natural talent for new business development and account management, which eventually led him back to his roots, Syracuse, NY, with his wife Jennifer and their kids. In addition to telling human stories, he is now addicted to producing strategic documents and courting new clients. His ability to relate to everyone on some level really is a gift.

Daniel remains humble in regards to his work having developed creative and strategic solutions for companies that include: Clear Channel Communications, Frito-Lay, Verizon, Diageo, Aprisma, Xerox ScanSoft, Halliburton Co., Continental Airlines, and The Home Depot, to name a few.
