Soozan Baxter Consulting & Luxury Leasing Services helps high-end and luxury retail brands secure lease space in full-price and outlet mall properties.
Challenge:
Develop memorable marketing and branding support to reach out and maintain a growing list of clients and perspective clients.
Solution:
We designed multiple pieces for Soozan including a custom die-cut brochure, high-impact direct mail package, and a square single-sided holiday/thank you card that incorporated silver ink and Soozan’s signature pink color. Our goal was to create materials that were both memorable and showed Soozan’s personality, enabling her to connect on a more personal level with her clients. The card featured peace signs and snowflakes and was sent in a translucent envelope to hi light the design and pique interest.
