When we meet someone for the first time, we introduce ourselves and talk. We learn their story and build rapport. We strike common ground and build trust. Over the years, we’ve invested endless hours thinking of ways to help our clients do the same.

Our seemingly simple approach involves: questioning, listening, and visualizing.

Finally when we present the big idea, the typical response is “It’s too hard to choose, I like them all.” When this happens, we know that we connected on a deeper level and formed a meaningful solution that will lead to a lasting relationship. In other words, we’ve only just begun to understand the client’s story and the next chapters are about to unfold.
